Waconia, MN (June 3, 2014)—A group of physician/administrator leaders from King Fahad Medical City toured Two Twelve Medical Center in Chaska in May.
The 26 guests from Riyadh—the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia—are students in the University of Minnesota’s Master’s Program in Healthcare Administration (MHA) and visited Two Twelve Medical Center and other Minnesota health care systems May 9–19. King Fahad Medical City is considered one of the largest and most advanced medical complexes in the Middle East, with a total capacity of 1,095 beds.
During the group’s two-hour visit to Two Twelve, Robert Stevens, president and CEO, Ridgeview Medical Center, and David Larson, MD, chair, Department of Emergency Medicine at Ridgeview Medical Center, provided tours of the Ridgeview Emergency and Urgent Care department and other Ridgeview clinics and services on the Two Twelve Medical Center campus.
