Ridgeview’s Anticoagulation Services has expanded to include the management of additional medications and additional clinic outreach locations.
Ridgeview’s Anticoagulation Services provides blood thinner dosing and monitoring of patients of Ridgeview Medical Center and Ridgeview Sibley Medical Center at hospital and clinic locations. A physician referral is required for this service and new patients are being accepted.
Medications now managed by Ridgeview include the following:
- Warfarin (Coumadin)
- Enoxaparin (Lovenox)
- Apixaban (Eliquis)
- Rivaroxaban (Xarelto)
- Dibigatran (Pradaxa)
