Ridgeview is pleased to welcome Jeffrey Baker, MD, to Ridgeview Bariatric and Weight Loss Center.
Dr. Baker is board certified in General Surgery. He has performed more than 2,500 laparoscopic procedures, including Roux en Y gastric bypass, vertical sleeve gastrectomy, banding procedures, endoscopy procedures and revisional bariatric procedures. He is committed to new and innovative bariatric approaches that best support the patient before, during and long after surgery to ensure the healthiest outcome.
Dr. Baker earned his degree from the University of Minnesota, School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency in General Surgery at Hennepin County Medical Center. “To be a witness to the dramatic changes people make in their lives – not just physically, but emotionally and psychologically, is truly profound,” Dr. Baker said.
