SouthWest Transit Services is now offering SW Prime MD non-emergency medical services to residents of Eden Prairie, Chanhassen, Chaska and Carver to Ridgeview’s Two Twelve Medical Center in Chaska, Ridgeview Chanhassen Clinic and Ridgeview Specialty Clinic in Waconia.
Ridgeview is providing financial support to this service to help lower the out-of-pocket costs to riders to $5 each way.
Rides to medical services may be booked up to 14 days in advance and return rides are on-demand and can be requested once you are ready to return from your appointment.
