May 1, 2013: Groundbreaking for 73,000-square-foot, three story expansion at Two Twelve
The expansion allows for the addition of new services and clinics:
- Ridgeview Oncology Clinic & Infusion Center
- PrairieCare
- Edina Eye Physicians & Surgeons, PA
- Interventional Spine and Pain Physicians
- Plus, the build out of an outpatient surgery center on the existing third floor
May 2013: Excavation and underground utility work begins.
June & July 2013: Building footings and foundation is poured.
August 2013: Start to erect structural steel.
September–October 2013: Curb, gutters, paving and sidewalks are poured.
Exterior framing begins
November 2023: Brickwork on exterior begins
December 2013: Interior wall framing and finishing begins
Tenants begin work on build-outs
January 2014: Work begins on interior finishes in public spaces
Late March 2014: Construction complete
End of March/early April 2014: New spaces/additions open
May 2014: Final landscaping installed
